It's unbelievable how fast time flies. It's been over 10 years since dan displayed his collection. He buys doubles and keeps one new in box. I believe it's the longest thread on vacuumland. Just like the Keeler bagless conversion thread, they both get pretty heated..

I personally never had a problem with dan. I can definitely see were you are coming from. The thread veered off from vacuums to ocean front condos and new Mercedes. I joined vacuumland in 2014. Can't believe 10 years has gone by so fast. It was an interesting thread until things got nasty. I also enjoyed the Keeler thread to.

I enjoyed seeing those threads, I personally didn't cared for some of the other appliances and things that were also shown but you may never find more pictures of NOS vacuums ever again. I also enjoyed seeing the Keeler thread, I wished that thread never got deleted because every once in a while I used to go back and get a good laugh at it. Although the other Keeler thread over on Truck Mount Forums is still up there, I also look back to that one once in a while.

 I think he's a doctor isn't he? I guess he disappeared when the money ran out. It happens fast with people that live above their means. He had a nice collection, just his clout bragging and "poor shaming" is what made him not pleasant to be around. Like he is a rapper or something lol. I had the misfortune of meeting this guy when I first joined here in 2017, he gave me hell, along with other members, for buying "garbage". He had that "toughguy" New Jersey attitude. I guess I could be famous for paying severely under value for some rare vacuums and building them back up again from their neglect. More rewarding. | ||
