It looks very similar to my Bissell Pro Lite. It's a Power Flite. I have never seen one, so I do not know.

I have the Kenmore model

I have the E4 which is the Kenmore model it is a great lightweight machine that cleans carpet very well it also has a small dust cup which traps the heavy dirt. The fine dust go's into a hepa style bag. Yes I would recommend this one.

Bissell sold the design of the Pro-Lite to Tacony who now makes it for their Powr-Flite division, replacing the Supralite and Freedom type lightweight they were selling. They did this because too many dealers were unhappy about Powr-flite selling the same thing as the dealers.

Its nothing too special, as its something they are still selling.

Does the Power-Flite version have the twister cup on the back as did the Kenmore e4? I thought it an interesting design in that it became a quasi-bagless, where the bag would only trap the smaller particles.

No, that was only on the Kenmore version.
