I recently bought a Kirby Legend II and after 2 or 3 uses the fan was shattered. I wanted to see if anyone here would be able to replace the fan for me at a reasonable price. Let me know if you can help me.

Thanks,
Sam

Hi Sam. I hope by now you have taken care of your fan issue.

If not, if we were closer I would offer to help. :-) Sry we are not. :-(

I would check in the yellow pages, under vacuum repair.

It may run you somewhere between $35 to $50 including labor. Anything outside of those numbers, I would be wary of "Genuine" or gouging ($$$); unless you know someone in the business.

GL & take care

Bill

Fan Replacment is easy

Sam in my store I have a repair video that shows me disassembling the motor unit and and reassembling the unit it is a simple project that you can do yourself and save lots of money. I also include in this kit the two bearings, and new carbon brushes this kit costs $15.00.

Sam,

Kirby fans are easy to replace. Once I get the carpet laid and the room painted I will give you a call.

Morgan,
It has been busy here, been cleaning the gameroom and FINALLY getting my Christmas stuff put away. Had to make room for the new organ. I want to paint too, it has been 4 years I have yellow walls and want them to be Hoover Spring green like the hood of the 1020 Convertible.
Look forward to talking once everything slows down soon.

Sam
