I have yet to try a GE or Premier canister.

I've tried Oreck mini canisters and find them meh. Hoover PortaPowers and Eureka Mighty Mites are also good.
Haven't tried the Supraquick yet but everything Tacony makes is very powerful! It should tied with the Simplicity Sport.

You should try a Perfect C105 canister. It will beat all of these and most other vacuums!

I was:

Asking about those specific vacuums. The goal is a small vacuum suspended from a over the shoulder strap.

Update,

I have settled on 2 GE MV1's and a MV2. I also got a first-generation Oreck Buster B. I boosted the suction on all by adding foam sealing strips around the ledge/perimeter of the bag chamber. One of the MV1's has a self-sealing cloth bag. All of these will do what I need.

Thanks all.
