We live in the UK and have just inherited this old vacuum cleaner and would like to know what it is. We think it is a Hoover Constellation but the badge is not like any Hoover ones that we have seen. There are no other identifaction marks that we can see.
We can't see a serial number on the base. Any information would be of great help.

That is a privately rebuilt Hoover Constellation

Looks to be a 1980s rebuild, based off of the floorhead.
