You can't go wrong with either choice. Start in on either of them, then if you run into a snag, such as needing to find a not-readily-available part, you can always switch over to the other one until you can proceed again on the first one. Nothing says you have to completely finish one before you start on the other.

NICE!! I would love to have a Vacuette some day, just for its simplicity.
Personally I would choose the easier one first. Get it done and over and be primed up for the more time consuming one. I have more of a chance on projects being completed this way, also...

Thanks guys , I think I’ll start with the model C 😊 but it will have to wait for after thanksgiving , I’ve been restoring a ton of Kirbys, I’m getting burned out lol
