I had a plumber at the house today, and he brought with him the craziest wet/dry shop vac I'd ever seen. It was called a "BucketHead" vac and the motor unit snaps onto a regular five-gallon utility bucket. He said he really liked it because it was smaller than a conventional shop vac, and thus good for tight spaces, and if he sucks up something too nasty into the bucket that he doesn't want to clean out, he can just toss the whole bucket and get another one. He obviously had done this in the past as the decal on the motor had Home Depot's cartoonish lettering, while the blue bucket sported a Lowe's logo. And at $29.95, he said he considered the whole thing disposable, if need be. I have a very serviceable shop vac, so I don't know that I'll be in the market for one anytime soon, but it's still a clever, minimalist idea. It comes with no accessories, just a hose, and the bucket is sold separately as well.

Walmart also sells them. Worth the money and very versatile. I had found a ShopVac head and it fits the older metal Clarke vacuum perfectly. Just need to find the vacuum end of the hose to fit the Clarke or see if possibly a Filter Queen inlet would work.

Have been around a while. They also have a tool belt thing you put on a bucket and it's a tool box/bag.

These have been around a long time, since the mid 2000's or early 2010's I do believe. I never got one because I never needed one, but the novelty of having "Home Depot" in your list of brands in you collection is a good bit of comedy.

Also another fun fact - for anyone that repairs plastic with plasti-welding, those Home Depot buckets are the right type of soft plastic to melt and repair tons of items and equipment. With one bucket you can cut it up into chunks and have enough material to repair 100's of things!
