I have 3 beautiful vintage hoses that don't fit any of my machines. I'm wondering if it is possible to remove the existing metal pieces on the end that enters the machine and replace it with ends that would fit the 2 electrolux sleds I have that need hoses.
The ends seem to be crimped on or maybe heat sealed or both. Is this something that vac repair guys can do? Or some genius old time American tinkerer?
