Got this on Saturday brand new. Used it all day on Sunday. This thing pulls you across the carpet, has INCREDIBLE suction + airflow, and is probably the quietest upright vacuum i've ever used. I always liked Hoover (albeit I know this is TTI Hoover/Oreck). So good. will post pictures later today!

I used to....

Have the cordless air upright and cordless Linx. But they both PALE in comparison to this despite all three being lithium ion battery powered. This is also my 4th ultra lightweight upright. Before this I had two XL2 Ultras and the now obscure Shop Vac Easy Lift. Nothing comes close to this thing.

And, yet, they are on

clearance now.

Soon, watch Shark go to TTI.

Then, it won't matter what machines the logos go on!

I heard on another thread this wont be gone for long, as theyre redoing the OnePwr line red. So soon it SHOULD be added again. But I agree, if Shark goes to TTI all the brands are therefore only in name only. Sad its really like that now. I havent been so happy with a new vac in a LONG time so thankfully this one was a breath of fresh air. I like it cause we already had the LiNX, and so did my aunt. But to have that power of Li-ion in a full size is incredible.

I definitely agree the cordless XL-21
Is a great idea. I was going to get rid of mine after the review, but I liked it so much I kept it.

Honestly with vacuums, everytime I go back to liking my Hoovers the best. Always have even under the Maytag run (my intro to Hoover). I like Orecks too so both worlds in one is epic. I have an XL2 Ultra Oreck, and the only other direct air Hoover I have is a TurboPower Caddy Vac. Both of those I enjoy using as well but I think i'll be parting with the XL2 soon. Want to kind of downsize the amount of vacs in my house. The OnePwr is so much smoother to use than the Oreck and definitely deep cleans better. ESPECIALLY on slightly taller carpeting too. I got worried earlier cause I sucked up ONE small piece of dog kibble that you definitely heard it going through. But I dont think anything happened cause Id imagine if the fan was damaged there would be a change in tone. Gonna just leave stuff like that to my WandVac. But I have nothing but positive to say about the Hoover Oreck.

EDIT

THANKFULLY, I didnt even realize but the sound I heard was the kibble ACTUALLY was launched out, prob from the brushes. Just saw it on the floor.

I revisited the store that has a few of them.

One of the owners kept looking at me, then told me how good they were.  I told him the floor model had the handle on backwards.  He said, "No".  I showed him the the switch and wording is upside down.  He replied, "Oh'.

I might get one,  just to have.

TTI

With you there on that one, not my favorite era. Only liked 3 machines of the TTI Hoovers, this being one of them, but unlike others the build quality is strong and has its own feel. Maytag will always be my favorite era personally, with its ups and downs.
