I had a 3R once upon a time. As I recall it used a black plastic toggle switch very much like a Hoover 28/913/etc. This won't be a switch available new, but should be easy enough to find used...even if it means sacrificing an old Hoover handle off a parts machine. | ||

Of course, the R may have used an entirely different switch from the 3R. As Kieran said, a picture would help! Owen | ||

Update !!
I was able to locate a switch and it’s running like new !!
Thank you to John and Rahul from Kirby Granda Hills CA for helping me with the repair ! I’ve posted a video on fb and here are some pictures | ||
