I found a machine I've been wanting for a long time at a really good deal but the shop selling it won't ship it. If theres anyone near Austin, TX that would be able to pick it up, pack it, and ship it to me in Michigan. I would absolutely cover all associated shipping costs and would definitely throw in a tip out of appreciation

The shop selling it didn't know of any. It would need to be packed into a box on top of shipped. I know companies like UPS can do pick up and ship but I think it has to be packaged and ready to go for them to do that.

Think Uber eats. You want food you pay for food they pick up and deliver it to you.
It's a concierge service or third party related. I imagine if you paid the seller of the vacuum for it have them drop it off at shipping store or have them pick it up and ship item to you. I'm sure if you got like a ups store that's independently owned offer them $30 to pick it up . Then pay them to pack and ship it.
When your self owned they'd just pocket the money from you for there efforts. It cam be done but kind of be annoying but nice and you'll figure something out.
