Put this under 80s/90s cause I have no idea what this unit is. Years ago I came across a video of this guy tossing all these broken vacuums into the trash. They included a Riccar, a Hoover Power drive, a Eureka Boss Power Plus, Bissell Cleanview, and a Windtunnel Canister bagless. But I have virtually no idea what the heck this is. If anyone has a good eye maybe they can identify it but it's def not easy. Is it an Oreck? Old Eureka? Also added are the photos of the others.

Definitely something from the 80s era, definitely one of the old school vacs. Atleast I think. For some reason it's the only one I can't make out. Surprised to see if it is a Concept that it's smaller than the Riccar though.

Looks like a Concept missing the base(but not the transmission) and the handle grip

It does look a lot like the 80s Panasonic Jet Flos. But it's actually the Riccar 2150!

Yup. Those old Riccars are so rare that Riccar themself has no knowledge about them (I heard this straight from the assistant CEO).
