I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a source for correct wheels and hubcaps for the G4.
Since they're discontinued, everywhere that I look, I see wheels that are "pretty close" in color. And, for hubcaps, it seems like I'd have to go with black.
As anyone who's been reading my posts about this vacuum knows, it's certainly not a gem. So, if I can't get the exact original color wheels and caps, it's hardly the end of the world. I would, however, like all four to be the same color combination. So, if I have to get rear wheels and caps in a different color, I'd want to replace the fronts with the same color.
I hope I'm making sense. I seem to have trouble putting things into words, and end up rambling.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Barry

The nice part about the wheels is if you have the hubcaps in place, you won't be able to tell what color they are. When I was redoing my G3, I slapped some Sentria wheels onto it that I had on hand, and once I put the G3 hubcaps back into place. They completely covered the wheels and it was next to impossible to tell what color they were. Truth be told, the G3 hubcaps were scuffed up to the point that I briefly considered using the medium gray Sentria hubcaps instead. For the G4, some black Gsix/Avalir hubcaps would probably be the best (mis)match, if you can't find the proper dark gray ones.

Yeah. If I can't get correct G4 color wheels and caps, I'm fine with using something close.
I just want all four to match. So, if the rears are going to be a different color, I'll want to replace the fronts to match.
I just thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions as to where I might be able to find the correct ones, before I resort to a color change.
