Somebody made a clone of this vacuum, I think it was Oreck? and it did have wheels.

Some versions of the Portapower had wheels too. And yes it was Oreck

One of my friends say this is the metal wand version

Despite the wand you see in the picture is off my commercial portapower this one dates around 1976-1979 for being a metal wand version.
