The Bissell Catch-All is a rare Bissell as no vids of it on Youtube exist. But I'm not surprised because those have been junked over the years due to dead batteries. |

Is this what you mean? It looks like it's just a floor mop or sweeper with a small capability of vacuuming larger crumbs. Not many collectors go after carpet sweepers. I remember playing with carpet sweepers as a kid so I am kind of nostalgic about them. I think Swiffer actually just came out with something like this recently.

There is two on eBay right now with likely shot battery packs, and faded boxes. They are being listed with both around $100 each. These sold for $49.99 back in 2003.
