Speaking of rarer versions of commonly available machines, there are quite a few out there:
Of the Royals, the Dirt Devil 501D Deluxe is basically the Royal 501 Prince with Dirt Devil badging. Kirby did some rare models of their own: the commercial-duty COMVAC series comes to mind. The CV1300 was a repurposed version of their 516 thru Dual Sanitronic 80, while the CV1600 was a hopped-up Heritage 1HD. ~Ben |

For me, it would have to be this stainless steel Sanitaire version of Eureka’s ubiquitous Sweet Sixteen canister….and this one has a modern Express Power Nozzle married to it! See link below….
