My friend say it’s from 2005 but I’d say it’s just a prototype model. But you can be the judge. Not my picture it’s my friend’s.

What is with everyone keep thinking they have a prototype model of something? Not even the most longtime collectors on here have prototypes of vacuums.
The Oreck Magnesium series uses a non-linear date format, and it would have been printed on a little sticker attached over the sticker following the "DATE:" on the label. It has fallen off, or the label was never affixed. Contact Oreck with your serial number and they should be able to give you the date.
