For the Kirby / Scott and Fetzer extreme collector:

I didn't know they had a division that manufactured lights.

Virden has nothing to do with kirby other than the parent company. virden lighting was a luxury lighting band in the 1940's- 70's. while intersting in relation, unless a kirby collector was also into mid century modern lighting, they likely would care less.

Scott and Fetzer

Scott and Fetzer also had a book publishing division at one point. I have a children's book from them that has a picture of a Kirby Tradition in it.

Scott & Fetzer also had a division called Stahl Metal Products that made truck beds and toolboxes. The beds on the old gas company trucks are a good example.
