This is clearly just a Symmetry Classic model that's the USA variant. Hence that's what the model says on the back: SYMCL.USA
This is an excellent vacuum, these are one of my all time favorites. American made, very strong built and performing machine, it's very simplistic hence that's why they are called Simplicity, and you could only find these at vacuum stores. You couldn't find these at any department box stores back in the day. Your Simplicity was made in the third quarter of 2008 so it's almost 14 years old. They take Simplicity type A bags, you can find find either in paper or HEPA cloth. I'd recommend the cloth bags. These also take the B014-0714 belts. And all of the filters on this machine are washable. Overall, you just got yourself one of the BEST vacuums out there my friend.

You don't want to have your hose hanging over on the side, that would ruin the hose. There's a hose hanger in front where the cord wraps behind it. It should look like this:

You have the entry model Symmetry. The next model up had a steel brush roller and headlight. I sold thousands of those machines over the years I worked at the factory where they used to make them. If you upgrade your cleaner to the metal brush roller, you'll really be wowed by the performance. There's a HEPA filter kit that goes in the door by the exhaust to upgrade the filtration performance too.
