My parents have a 8 or so year old Riccar SLR commercial model vacuum. Recently it has gotten extremely loud. I removed the belt and still extremely loud, are these vacs repairable? Any idea what might be wrong? It makes an old oreck seem quiet by comparison. Thanks. | ||
