I was looking at a Hoover service manual from 1957 for some help on dismantling my Hoover model 28 and I found the section that talks about how to dismantle the Hoovers model 27, 28, and the model 305 but there was also the mention of a Hoover model 80. I was interested in what the vacuum looked like so I looked it up on Google and the only results I got were about the Hoover Decade 80. I don't know if this vacuum has been mentioned on Vacuumland in the past. I am not sure if this model was mass produced and it could possibly be a special model. I also found some other strange Hoovers such as the model 1 and 930. I will add a link to the service manual and I will add a picture of the Dismantling Models 27-28-80-305 section.

Could it be the NORCA Model 80? Which of course was a department store rebranded Hoover.

The model 80 is a Norca. I enjoy my Norca along with all my vintage Hoovers.
