We have a white-and-gray Air-Storm vacuum from an unknown time period. (photo attached) The late 1990s or early 2000s, I expect. It had some kind of an anniversary edition sticker on it. It needs another power nozzle, and I've read here that Wessel-Werk EBK 360 is a good choice. I see a few on eBay that look good, but am uncertain about what's needed for "plumbing" with wands, power cords, and such. Any pointers on what's likely to work?

Because the hose on those vacuums are so unique, you are going to have to get a new hose, wand, power nozzle. Not sure of your budget but Goodvac has the setup for around $180. Otherwise you are going to have a hard time adapting it to your current hose.

Patriot and Tristar vacuums have the same hose set up.

That Wessel Werk powerhead won't work if it's direct connect. You will want the Wessel Werk EBK340 with the standard neck, then buy a set of TriStar wands. They're exactly the same as Air Storm wands. The wands should go right into the powerhead neck with no problem, if there is TriStar makes a wand adapter for their wands to work with most generic powerheads available.

Karlin…

I have the same Storm vacuum, and this set up may be a better choice for your existing hose.
You can find this nozzle cheaper, but the link provided is just an example.
