I have a Montgomery vac that is a 55 Gal drum with two one horse motors where u can use one or both. I can not find anything on it. Model is TXK-8583 Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. |

Rare early shop vac from department store Montgomery Wards. Not sure where all the paranoia about "toxic waste" comes from. Vacuum is in great shape. So easily these rust out.
Here's an early one from Sears from the 1950's or so (not my photo).
