Hi everyone. So earlier this week I got new bearings for the heritage ii rug renovator because the old ones were worn. So the first set I had, I put them on the side of the brush roll and tried to put the rod inside so thinking I made a mistake I tried to pry off the bearings with a small screwdriver and broke them on accident. Now my second pair has arrived today so I thinking if anybody installed new bearings for the rug renovator before? Never done this before. Thanks.

My understanding always has been you change the brush roller and bearings as a whole. It's funny you post this I just used my heritage to rug renovator for the first time in its life. I put a drop of Tri flow on the sleeve bearings before doing so.
