TMB was founded in 1980 in Codogno (Lodi) as a manufacturer of vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums and carpet cleaners. Subsequently, the production site moves to Guardamiglio, also in the Lodi area. Giancarlo Ruffo, a successful businessman and charismatic leader of Comac, became interested in the company, acquiring the property in September 2000. In February 2001 his son Giampaolo became its general manager, with the task of realizing the various objectives by strengthening its mission, competitive capacity and enhancing the offer. The operation gives the desired results: the TMB brand progressively asserts itself both on the Italian and international markets thanks to the guarantee of safety, quality and reliability of its models. The complete range of vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums, end users definitely like carpet cleaners: powerful and conveniently sized, they are made to solve any cleaning problem. They are stable, light, full of accessories and silent machines. In particular, the success of “Piccolo”, a versatile, extremely quiet vacuum cleaner ideal for cleaning hotels, hospitals and offices, is truly exciting.

In 2006 the production and offices, while remaining in the Municipality of Guardamiglio, moved a few kilometers to the largest and most comfortable plant in the Cerca locality. About thirty employees work there and, in addition to the by now consolidated manufacture of professional and industrial vacuum cleaners, both single-phase and three-phase, vacuum cleaners and wet vacuums, production in the car wash sector is started.
The industry led by Giampaolo Ruffo is decisively imposed on the attention of end users for innovation, technological quality, refined design and the offer of “made to measure” products. Being able to count on adequate spaces (the new plant has an area of about 4,500 square meters, compared to the previous 2000), TMB has grown steadily over the years, rationalizing the internal organization and expanding the production lines.
Company development involves the constant search for new outlets, with vertical ranges, progressively customized and targeted according to specific types of customers. The construction of commercial and professional vacuum cleaners, mainly aimed at cleaning companies, takes place using the two main lines; then there is the department where the industrial equipment and the “Self” machines for the car wash are built.
The major foreign customers are the European countries and the United States of America, but great satisfaction also comes from the French market, followed by the German one, the Scandinavian countries and the Eastern ones. TMB confirms itself as a made in Italy company rich in resources, in possession of considerable innovative and competitive energies, which allow it to appear well at all editions of Pulire, the great Veronese fair dedicated to environmental technologies, as well as at the major European event , ISSA Interclean of Amsterdam.

Finally, in September 2011, the expected transfer to Verona, to the historic factory of the Ruffo family, in via Ca 'Nova Zampieri, in San Giovanni Lupatoto, just outside the city. This strategic step marks the achievement of an important milestone: that of TMB's full logistical-production integration within the Ruffo family's brands, a coherent and responsible choice, which invests in the future in Italy, in Verona.

The upright in picture 2 reminds me of a Lindhaus. Could it be a private-labeled Lindhaus?

I found that TMB upright on a local dealers website that was pictured in picture 2.
After looking at some pictures the powerhead part of it is similar to a Lindhaus PN.

This is getting even weirder. I want to figure out who makes these.
