It's not that hard, I use bulk horsehair. That's what they used originally.

How did you manage to re-bristle these oldie brush rolls?

I'd like to do the same thing with an 18" wide (Super-Sweep) revolving brush roll, if I ever get my hands on one of those rare beasts!
