This fell out when I took off the motor housing from an Omeaga Kirby. What is it???

That part you have, that is the motor vent seal board. ~Ben

Thanks Ben What is it’s function? Is it important? The vac (Omega) seems to run fine without it. Although, I can see some sparks when looking in while it’s running...that will be my next post. Jeff | ||

If your motor is arcing, you might want to inspect your carbon brushes, field and/or armature. ~Ben
