Is or I should say was a Canadian company. They bought iona or made vacuums with Iona name in 1980s. Then they became fantom. They sold the fantom fury which Dyson let them use cyclone technology. It severed relationship with Dyson. It made it's own version of the cyclone and it was a disaster. They ended up going bankrupt.
The floor polisher you have looks mid to late 1960s. I believe it was electrolux but branded as Regina. Interstate engendering compact who made compacts and became TriStar had a very similar model.
Yours looks like it's had a rough life. I'd say value is next to nothing.
If you want any money for it would have to be cleaned. I'm being blunt so don't get mad I'm telling you like it is.
Clean it up and maybe $25-$30. I don't know but easier to sell cleaned.
Les.
