Hi I'm looking to buy this bissell for $20 and I don't yet know what I'm even getting myself into. Any idea how old and what parts go to it will be great.

That machine is more than 100 years old. It was the first NSS-Pig. Somewhere I have the ad for this machine, dated from 1911. You will not want to run it, but display it as the first commercial canister vacuum ever on the market.

I hope he bought it. Looks like a good piece for a museum when restored.
