So I was looking for a different way to scrub in Zorb Carpet Cleaner instead of doing it by hand as I have for 15-years...
Pull the bin on a bagless Vacuum, Hack up one of my new Hoover Air Revolves, Hack a used power nozzle -
Or... Stumble across a New In The Box Dri-Lux Carpet Scrubber from 1999-2000....for $50.00 on E-Bay...
The bags of cleaner were mfg the 34th week of 2000, so it is 18+ years old... You could tell from feeling the bag it was bone try with no moisture left in it - Into the trash they went...
It is basically a Try-Star power nozzle with the port blocked, and a multi tuff carpet Scrubbing Brush roll... With some sort of clear injection molded insert around the brush roll to keep the powder out of the rest of the nozzle...
Here are the pictures... It arrived this afternoon... I will Zorb the carpet this weekend...
Dan

Looks like I found an alternate version called the Dri-Star. The Electrolux rebrand would make sense because Aerus Electrolux owns TriStar.

I’ve got a Dri-Star myself, looks more like the Lux version though.

Is this like Kirby carpet cleaner. I'm just wondering since aerus and TriStar are dry vacuums. I'm just curious any feedback would be appreciated.

It’s a dry powder thing like Capture or the Oreck powder.
