Hi there,

I Recently acquired a 240v Hoover Concept one U3101 Which I believe is pretty rare in the UK.

Would anybody please be able to advise where I may get some brush strips for it?
If possible I need the blue vinyl outer bag too.

I'm finding they are obsolete everywhere pretty much!

I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Kind regards
cam

Brush strips for the Concept machines have been no longer available since 2004. The brushroll from an American Powerdrive or Self Propelled Dial-A-Matic (Convertible in UK) will fit. Otherwise, there's a vacuum store owner who modified part 303996001 to fit if you're willing to try it yourself. In regards to a bag, check eBay. I believe the U3101 would have had a brown colored bag, unless you specifically want a blue one.

Hi,
thanks for taking the time to read my post.

The machine is all blue, I will include a photo of the machine and ratings sticker.
The bag is substantially ripped at the back. I do keep checking eBay US and did find one, sadly however they weren’t willing to ship to the UK.

Thanks again.

How bad are the brush strips? Take a picture of the brushroll and I'll see what condition they are in. Many people will mistake tapered brushes for bad ones when in reality, they were tapered from the factory. Otherwise, you can do that modification I was telling you about earlier.
