I got up early and made Christmas waffles. I used the blender as I had heard this method works pretty well. They turned out pretty well, easier to pour rather than using the mixer bowl, plus this time I didn't have any overflow from the waffle iron.

Such huge squares! Those can't be regulation size (LOL)

They must drink up a lot of syrup!

My family had the same waffles-on-Christmas-morning tradition when I was growing up, and I have continued it in our home. This morning we had waffles, link sausage, pan-scrambled eggs and Kona coffee. Delicious!

I use any of my Blentecs,or VM to make the waffle batter-and use the Sunbeam Mixmaster as well!All work well for the job.
