Can anybody help.

A friend has a G70 'Tellus' and is looking for original tools; as complete as possible. Failing that a picture from say an instrucion manual showing what they were like ?

Does anybody have vintage domestic Nilfisk's in their collection ?

Regards, Walter.

Hello, I'm sorry for responding so late, I own one of those very old nilfisks, probably from the 20s; It is in really bad conditions and has the hose only. I'll take a picture of it this weekend and I'll post it.
Tommy

Walter...

Have you looked at Simply Switch On?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but there is a Tellus with tools shown:

That's a nice link you posted there. Got to see some other goodies in addition to the Nilfisk.

Thanks, Tommy & Jack. I have looked at these sites many times over the last few years, they were not helpful in this particular instance.......thinking about it......I should contact NILFISK at Bury-St-Edmunds ?

Cheers, Walter.

Hello Tommy, Assuming the body including the top part is aluminium I think that a good going over with a fine wire wool to start which should fetch off the worst, then another going over with a good metal polish and then a complete buff; using a one of those buffing attachments that can be used with an electric drill....if you have access to one....otherwise plenty of elbow grease, I was polishing my goblin 'ace' tools on sunday....oh, the aching arm !

I recommend 'AUTOSOL' car metal cream...knocks patches of 'BRASSO'.

As to the name plate, etc; a light polishing agent with a fine toothbrush then a fine to medium cotton cloth.

Good luck, W, UK.

Thank you for the advices, but there's something that keeps my attention off this vacuum cleaner, I don't Know what... I have ALL the things I'd need to polish it but I never can find the time for it...and I purchased it in july, 2006. It still has inside the dust it came with! something like this never happened to me with other vacs!
However I'll try to do it as soon as possible!
