Who here has heard of Nacecare vacuum cleaners. It's the american Numatic so they have the Henry, Hetty, James, Ect. I just got my Nacecare Harry and it's super quiet and the roller brush for being air powered its super powerful. But do any of you know/ Own this brand?

Have a Henry, I sold to it Rex (Tolivac) it was a pretty nice machine but i was downsizing and straight suction machines just weren't as practical for my living space at the time.

NO HE'S NOT

He has the opportunity to acquire a early 90s, British made Numatic WITH a factory electric Power nozzle, for $45, yet he's fighting every urge to drive the 25 minutes to buy said faceless red with black hat, American Henry.

Even if he had his cute, adorable British face, and his eyes were weeping because he needed a new home.......  it would pain me, but I'd....... hopefully....... say no.

Damn-it Henry.  He is beguiling.

Singer, the website only shows a non powered floor nozzle Henry. Did you find a site to get the others?

Numatic...

From a Brits point of view not only are they the only vacuum made in the UK they are easily the most popular range of commercial vacuums. They offered a power nozzle as an option till the mid 90s and later a dedicated power nozzle version. All are now suction only or have an air driven turbo head.

It frustrates me to no end the Obsession American collectors have with cylinders that have power heads!...

It frustrates me to no end that you haven't learnt your lesson to keep your thoughts to yourself, especially ones that are designed to annoy or antagonise fellow American collectors.

Countries are different with their approaches - learn to live with it.

America and Canada also have the highest number of bagged uprights from other brands - a factor that we in the UK and Europe no longer have much of a facility of.

Oh it is not worth an 'argument' for either of us is it, lol. It isn't really that offensive. Mean while, I am listening to the 90s and early 00s. Oh I do miss them.

I don't think it is done that well here, a lot of our stuff is pretty dire when it comes to vacuum cleaners, especially at the budget end of the market.

Sebo-Fan & AlexHoover94!
I think all of us here on Vacuumland are tired of your lack of respect for other readers and respect for each other. Your posts today show how immature you both are! While it's fine to agree or disagree this isn't the place for your weekly brawl! It's gotten more than tiresome! So why don't you BOTH take a time-out from here or better get a room and duke it out!

And what it out?

I am perfectly calm, not sure what the fussing is about, there was no brawl, I have nothing against anyone here.

No argument intended...

But I don't care for power nozzles either, and I'm American. I love straight suction!

There we go!

Ive only ever had ONE cylinder/can with a power nozzle - SEBO K3P. Good little vac but I wasn't taken with the weight of the PN at the end. To me, a cylinder/can vac should be lightweight all the way.

Nacecare (formerly North American Cleaning Equipment, hence NACE) is the importer of all Numatic machines to North America and has been for decades.

They're based in Mississauga, Ontario.
