In order: Model 4000 - use 1672260001 (Style 8) belt Model 886 (1994) - same Model 9700 (1990) - use 1044260001 belt Model 9700 (1994) - use 1672260001 belt Model 4250 - use 1598260001 belt Model 501 (1978) - use 1157260001 (Style 1) belt Model 501 (1989) - same My two Royals - models 880 (1985) and 786 (1987) - both use the 1044260001 belt, even though the original factory belt for both machines at the time was part no. 1043260001. ~Ben |

It is because only the 1044260001 belt is recommended for use with the square-end ball-bearing brush rolls. ~Ben
