Our dark green hoover purepower with the variable thing that looked like it had autosense also had glittery plastic. I was bored one day and we were gonna throw the hoover away, so I reclined the hoover by kicking the cleaner head like a Dyson (we always done this cos the pedal never worked) and then when it was on the floor, the head was like 45 degrees away from the floor at that acute angle. I them stopmed on the cleaner head so it looked like it had low profile, I was expecting it to never stand up again, but it stood up fine and it still had that Dyson cleaner head kick down ability :o

Iv'e seen some DC-25's and DC-24's localish before been tempted i must admit :P
