Hey folks,
My Nana had a big old Ewbank. Must've been 1970's. It was mint green with a big lever on the top to release the dustpans.
My great grandma had the one I remember the most. It was a Leifheit Regulus in red. I can still hear the sound of it in my head and I always remembered how great they were at picking up. It always reminded me a little of the Hitachi Powerhouse uprights. CLICK HERE TO GO TO Turbo500's LINK

The brush roll. One of the best I've seen on a manual sweeper. No problems with pet fur or crumbs. A lot of modern sweepers have a sort of bottle-brush style roller but this one is fab. I'd be happy with this style roller in my vacuum

All set up and ready to go. Perfect for quick pick ups. I did the living room and hallway with it and it really gets all the surface litter up with ease

It does a great job, Jacob. I had a Bissell Sturdy Sweep given last year that was rubbish. The brushroll was like a bottle brush and required constantly cleaning to keep it going. This has a proper angled brushroll to really fling the dirt into the dustpans. And it's all metal, which makes it very sturdy and nice to use.
They are still available, but in the wrong colour. I managed to find this one on Shipley market in the hardware shop. CLICK HERE TO GO TO Turbo500's LINK |
