These are to nice looking vacs I came across today at the same thrift shop that I found my very nice 516 kirby at the other week. I didn't buy them though because canisters aren't really my thing, I just thought somebody on here might be interested. It was a JCPenny shop vac and a very old filter queen. I was tempted by the JCP though just to use to clean out the cars.

My grandparents had a Montgomery Wards wet/dry that looked a lot like that, except theirs had a red tank and I think the top was slightly different. I guess these were made by Shop Vac and they did a lot of dept store labels back then? I think they threw theirs away, the dolly and hose got brittle and broke and they got a small Craftsman carry around instead.

I'm gonna pop some tags, got 20 dollars in my pocket..LMAO. The only thing I found In the thrift store today was a musky smell that brought my allergies on.... And the lack that people refuse to put on deodorant or for that matter shower...I know you're supposed to conserve water but come on people...use a car wash or something.. Mark D.
