This came up in Seamus`s hover vac thread about the "Hose Within a Hose" on certain vacs....Here`s the additions you can get for the Miele vacs...I do think the standard hose supplied is slightly short for me, I love the long wand, its the only vac I can use without stooping, I usually keep the long hose supplied with the car kit on all the time....and I got the additional "Hose within a Hose" for when I need extra long, usually when I`m vaccing the ceiling & walls after plastering..

RHS = Standard, LHS = Car Kit Long Hose, Middle = "Hose within a Hose", if I put them all together it acts like a central vac...!!!
