Lou is correct. The motor housings for models C-515 and 516-LII are different, so the Sani Em-Tors would be, too. The former group has an angled exhaust neck while the latter group would have a straight neck.

I wanted to share that I did get the emptor replaced and the Kirby 510 works very nicely. Before it was blowing dust all over the place. :) |

The 510 nozzle has two screws in the nozzle that the brush roll rides on, also the rug plate on the 510 nozzle is about 3 to 4 inches long, the rug plate on the later models run the full length of the nozzle and would sit strangely on the older nozzle if at all.
The Kirby brush roll (2 row / 13 inch)(open end) for the 505 to 512 series is still available from Kirby it's part # 1482S |
