I just picked this up with box and manual for $5.00!!! I got excited when I saw it becuase I knew with its box it must increase the value at least a few more dollars. I plugged it in and it needs a belt. However it is pretty clean. The brush roll is very clean and new looking. The bristles are great and there is not hair on it. The filter is also clean. For $5.00 I love it. But 1 question, Is this rare?

I wouldn't say it's rare yet. I bought one when new and wasn't impressed because it tended to scatter sand and grit while vacuuming the stairs more than it sucked up. You could feel the stuff hitting your arms and face and I stopped using it. . Plus for some reason dog hair really stuck to the plastic casing with static cling. The Royal Prince hand vacs are much better. Still in all the price is right and it's a collection addition which is all that matters anyhow.

Yup!

Yeah I did not think it was too rare or rare at all. But with the box and manual for $5.00 was a great deal

My grandma used to have one of them. I think I remember it being having a clean air type motor in it.
