I recently heard that Dyson had opened a store/service center up in the Chicago area. Anyone seen or heard of Dyson opening up their own service centers? I believe now independent vac shops can be Dyson service/warranty centers. In fact, a friend of mine who owns one of the most reputable shops in the St. Louis area says that Dyson repairs alone pays his rent! He has not heard of the above, just wondered if anyone else has.

Actually, it is in Schaumburg, a suburb of Chicago. Here's a link with some photos of the store.
