Beautiful machine, Tommy!

That powerhead looks something like a cross between an Osprey and a Tecnica. Was this actually made in-house by Nilfisk?

I, too, have a Nilfisk GS90 with the powerhead, but it's the standard North American Eureka Sweep N Groom with VG3 roller. I haven't had the opportunity to really use it as the vacuum motor has a short in the armature...

Hi, well this is a very common european commercial power nozzle, in this specific case it hasn't been made by Nilfisk but by DUPRO AG, a swiss company that I couldn't find anymore but as many other companies use that type of pn for canisters and 2motor uprights over here I think there must be a factory very close to me... and as I have another pn like that, which is literally loosing all the blades of the cooling fan making it very noisy, I'm going to try and locate a dealer.
However US nilfisks had a household pn system that included electrified hose, wands and an "eureka" pn, we never had anything like that, a nilfisk canister with pn has got to be PERMANENTLY with pn cause the power cord runs around the wands and the hose to attach to the moto unit....
However i love Nilfisks... It takes less to use a SEBO FOR CARPET CLEANING THAN TRANSFORMING THE GM 90 !!!!

I think that powerhead head may have been made by Wessel Werk possibly? its similar to the one used on 1980's Numatics

Nilfisk

Tommy,Great machine!Love the att holder. We had some in US that were promoted by allergy type catalogs(or anti allergy).--first US Elux power nozzle cord was 1 piece, but easily removable to change atts.--From previous post, what was manufactured in your families building? Not to be nosy but manufacturing & architecture are of interest. Thanks to this club I have seen Elux,Filter Queen & Kirby factories. Each with different type buildings & manufacturing process but all with quality product coming out the back door.Europe seem so different with terrazo floors & slate roofs that can last 1000 years and here it seems we think a 50 yr old building should be torn down or remodeled beyond recognition.Happy vacuuming,Jimmy
