I was wondering if anybody owns the Electrolux Versatility vacuum cleaners? I own the canister model and already the power nozzle tube connecting it to the wand has broke. I know it can be fixed, but was not excatly thrilled being as I bought it new for $300 and have not abused it in anyway.. Let alone probably only vacuumed with it 10 times.. I was considering buying the upright version but if it to is made so cheap I definitely will not be purchasing it... Any opinions on the these machines would be appreciated!

Can you post a pic , I just googled the machine and it looks like the old aeg cyclone xl, fairly good machine but the pre motor filtration was poor and thus the heapa filter in the exhaughst system would clog and simply explode

Fantastic machines

IDK about your specific model, but Electrolux (both Sweden and Aerus) are incredibly well built, fantastic quality machines that perform superbly and have true sealed HEPA filtration. I personally prefer the Sweden Electrolux to the Aerus machines as the suction is incredible, they have true sealed HEPA (which is w/e, I mean if you're not dying from cancer then even a standard paper bag as the only filter would be fine), and their incredibly quiet, near silent.

We have the Ultra Silencer Deep Clean and have had NO problems YET. Build quality is exceptional, and performance is even better. I'm surprised something broke that easily, but maybe it was just a bad batch. I would def. get it replaced under warranty and see how the replacement fairs. If you have more problems then it's definitely just that model (maybe some other problematic models), as their prime machines are phenomenal.

I do, however, really want an Epic 6500 by Electrolux-now-Aerus.

Sorry I can't seem to locate my camera.. But my model is very similar to that except it is purple....

I agree I love Electrolux!! I have 5 other models(older) I just wanted a newer one for my collection..I purchased it at Wal-Mart so maybe their build quality is not up there with the more TOL machines..??

Im a big fan of the bagged electroluxes but not the bagless, ecxept the twin clean that was a great vacuum .

The ultra silencer was one of their best models , Here's  my twin clean, the oxy 3 is also great

Electrolux make good, bagged cylinder vacuums IMO- it's always been the better out of the bagless ones they've made. I have a very old 1600 watt bagged cylinder that refuses to die by Electrolux made in the 1990s. PRC of course, but at least it still works and the bags are 4 litres capacity with a good power.

It isn't the same as the Eureka models though as they use a smaller dust bag capacity.

Endurotronic "The Boss" 1600 watt B4111.

We got those machines i red here, bullet proof although the hoses seemed to be an issue here. we also have one that we use in the attic brilliant machines.

Electrolux canister machines are made in two places prc Lower canisters and the premium machines like the ones pictured above in hungry .
