Dyson clutch tool

do you mean the yellow tool that makes it easier to take the brushroll out? if so then i think its too big for the Uk ones sadly because the American dyson clutched models have a wide soleplate and the UK ones have a thin gapped soleplate so im not exactly sure though but i think it is

Or is that the Dyson clutch belt tool? The tool you would use to help you with the belts in the Dyson clutch belt unit-for putting the belts on the motor and the roller brush.such a tool would be helpful at work in some of the transmitters-perfect for coil tune roller contact springs!
