My upstairs vac is a Bissell Pro Lite that's a little over a year old. Today while using it, the motor part snapped right off the wheels! What the hell? I didn't pay a lot for it so when I toss it in the garbage it won't hurt to much. I should have listened to the experts and not have gone the Bissell route. Live and learn I guess. So should anyone think about this vac, PASS!!!!
