I was surprised to see some neat vacuums at the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store.
two earlier Hoover Convertibles (one yellow, the other aqua)
Hoover Concept One (white and red)
Eureka canister (yellow with the Bradford brand)
Kenmore Let's Clean canister (brown and tan) which had the attachment bucket and hose and attachments inside
Eureka Mighty Mite canister (black)
Eureka electric broom (black)
Craftsman wet/dry vac 16 gallon (white, I think it came from an estate sale I went to)
and a metal shop vac I didn't see the brand of

Most things weren't priced except for the Concept One which was $10 I think and one of the Convertibles I think was $15. They were not in great shape though.

Still, this was a nice selection, most thrift stores just have newer bagless vacs priced at $35 each.

There was also a Sunbeam round canister that I think was called a Touch n Go. It was blue.

Hey! I'd like a few more details about the Bradford(Eureka) canister and the Sunbeam. Any hoses, wands, tools, etc? Thanks, Toby G.

The Sunbeam was a Touch n Lock model, it had the hose and I think the wands but not sure about the attachments. The Bradford was like a square Eureka canister, I didn't see a hose or wands, though the attachments were on the caddy on top.

Our ReStore is in Fort Pierce, and they seldom have vacuums, where do you live if you want to say?

I live in central Florida. I think our Re-Store usually does have vacuums, although this is the first time I have looked at them closely.

Hi, I live in Central Florida, not near Orlando though.

Are any of these vacuums rare? I heard the Sunbeam might be rare. I just don't have room to collect vacuum cleaners.

Well I went today and looked at those vacs to be sure. The Bradford had the upholstery and crevice tools on the Tool Pak, but nothing else with it and no hose. The Sunbeam had the hose, wands and floor nozzle.

I did get the Kenmore Let's Clean canister though. I figured they would want $10 or $15 like the others, but the guy I asked said $5. It has all of the attachments and even the manual is with it.

I don't plan to sell the Kenmore now, but I will keep you in mind if I do!

I wanted to clarify some things about the Hoovers - one of the Convertibles did not have the headlight and was turquoise and white, the other had the headlight and was blue and white. I am not an expert on them, so sorry if I'm vague on them.

The metal shop vac was a Shop Vac brand.

They also had a blue BOL Kenmore bagless upright, and the Mighty Mite was no longer there. I also saw there corded handvacs (one a red Royal and another I think was a a blue Black & Decker, don't remember on the third), and a Mop Vac as well.

Well they must have sold the Sunbeam. I did see a Filterqueen like vacuum this time and a green metal SuperVac, as well as a gray Kenmore Magic Blue.

Last time I went they also had what looked like an early Eureka Mighty Mite, it was tan and brown and had a metal hose handle.
