Here's what I brought home today from Goodwill. I gave $3 for the Eureka, $2 for the hand vac, around $1 for the Kirby accessories by weight and my favorite $2 for the vintage Kenmore Kwik Sweep! Tomorrow will bring many more. Anybody who wants any of them raise your hand.

what does the "air pulse" mean?

The "air pulse" is squarely in the categorie of being a great idea on paper but utterly useless in reality.  There is a little "flapper" inside the neck of the nozzle which when engaged flutters, causing quick, momentary interuptions in the airflow, kind of like when you cover the end of a hose with your hand and then quickly pull it away.  The idea was that pulses of suction would pull up stubborn dirt better than a continuous stream of air.  All it did in reality was make the Electrikbroom even more noisy.  Nice idea, NOT.

How much for the Kirby hose? Will it fit a GSix?

That hose will fit any Kirby Generation model, though the G6 would have had a black one come with it, this gray color came with the G4. I would think that for the hose by itself, probably $5 would be fair???? Let me know. Also, if you want, I do have a full set of G4 accessories with hose and two wands that I'll part with for $15.

Sorry for the false alarm, I guess I should look for an actual gsix hose now that I know what color its supposed to be. Sorry for the false alarm :/
