Hi,
Is it true that even the earlier black wheeled versions of the Kirby 515 had the 10-blade metal fans as did the later gray-wheeled versions? Serial #197927E - off of a 515 that I saw on eBay over a year ago - does prove that the 10-blade fan was used even at that early stage. I had spoken with the seller of that item (adrianw3492) and he agrees. However, how can I prove that the 10-blade metal fan on a black-wheeled Kirby 515 is original and not a replacement metal fan? Does anyone here have an all original Kirby 515 with the original (not replacement) 10-blade metal fan, with the black wheels (not the gray ones as later)? ~Ben | ||
