Well I dont know if you guys remember but a couple months ago I created a post of a Singer Twin Fan upright that I was gonna restore. well I finally finished and here are the pics for all of you to enjoy!(: so I hope you like them tell me what you think!

Its a greatt cleaner. I cant say its the quitest but it definatley gets the job done!

I had a heck of a time getting the Bottom plate back on Flush and flat. The right bearing had to be put on slightly skewed, like pushed towards inside to make the bottom plate fit properly.
Ever had that problem..?

Yes!

All of the singers ive worked on have had that problem. i think it was a design flaw. now i just automatically think to skew the brushroll when i put it in.

I think mine is '64 to '68

Vacu finder.....

his was made long after that...those were sold here in Kansas in the mid 80's at a dollar mart called Dollar General for $39.99....the were then what the bissel Powerforce is now.....as the low-line cheap machine...

 

that is one great find.....in such nice shape to....that is not a common version...the more common is the bigger bagged model with the headlight...that was sightly more expensive and deluxe....,
